Farah MahfoozSolicitor of England and Wales
Farah specialises in family law and has a broad range of experience in this area. Her work includes divorce matters including financial settlements, Children Act proceedings and domestic abuse cases. Farah is able to make applications for emergency non-molestation orders and/or occupation orders for those seeking urgent relief from abuse.
Farah also deals with immigration matters. Her work includes application under the
immigration rules, appeals and Judicial Reviews.
Farah studied law at the University of Westminster and gained experience by engaging in various pro bono projects such as working with the Community Links and volunteering at her local Law centre. She worked as a paralegal while completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP University. She went on to qualify as a solicitor in August 2017.
In her spare time Farah enjoys watching sport, reading and going to the theatre.
