Receptionist

Receptionists are responsible for ensuring that all duties relating to office administration and reception are carried out in an efficient manner. The receptionist will be responsible for answering, transferring, taking messages, and recording telephone calls, greeting clients and visitors to the office in person; dealing with post and other deliveries, scheduling appointments; maintaining records and reports, managing office supplies, and other administrative duties. They are the face of the business and professionalism and client care are of utmost importance. The receptionist will be responsible for assisting in the management and monitoring of general office administrative and operational tasks and ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day activities of the office.

Knowledge/Experience Required:


  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong telephone handling skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and data management systems.
  • At least one-year Customer Service/ Receptionist experience
  • A responsible and commercially minded individual who is confident, keen to be proactive and, is service-minded
  • Fantastic organization and attention to detail skill

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Salary: Competitive

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
