Saika Ishaque started her career with the NHS and worked with them for almost 10 years. Thereafter she joined an education provider agency in London and remained there for just over a year before she was offered a role with Law Lane Solicitors in 2016. It was in this on-the-job environment that she developed her breadth of digital marketing knowledge and as a result, has worked her way from marketing assistant to head the firm’s digital and print marketing team.
Saika is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing at Law Lane Solicitors, including the creation and delivery of integrated digital marketing strategies, which include SEO, PPC, social media marketing and promotion, content, email and print marketing.
Law Lane Solicitors is part of the top 500 legal firms in the UK so it’s marketing and brand awareness is an integral part of our overall strategies.
Saika runs the marketing department in ways to promote our brand awareness and competitiveness. She sets, monitors and reports on team goals directly to the directors. Her role ensures our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels via marketing efforts on platforms such as; (social events, tv, radio,email campaigns, web campaigns and academic seminars).
Business development research and targeting support of prospective and existing clients is an integral part of Saika’s involvement in Law Lane, coupled with marketing communications and campaign management, she is involved in managing and producing marketing literature and thought leadership (online&print).
As Head of Marketing, Saika leads our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.
She helps draft and implement the marketing plans and budgets for different parts of the business working closely with partners and fee earners to takes a lead role in executing new ideas, initiatives and thought leadership.
She is also involved in planning, managing and attending events, conferences and seminars whilst also managing the firm's clients at organised dinners as wellas numerous smaller breakfasts. Assisting with press releases and implementing social media strategies; making amendments to the website and internal news intranet is also overlooked by Saika with the help of her business development team.
